Name a pseudo-species

growth_pseudo_species_name.Rd

Distinct, stable, and LANDIS-II-safe (no spaces or punctuation). A single combination per species collapses to the plain species code, so the Phase A verification landscape uses the real species names.

Usage

growth_pseudo_species_name(species, index)

Arguments

species

Character vector of real species codes.

index

Integer vector of combination indices within each species.

Value

Character vector of species names for species.txt.
