Plot observed against simulated annual fire counts

Overlaid densities of fires per year, with each side's mean marked. The spread matters as much as the mean: a model can match the average year and still never produce the extreme years that carry most of the area burned.

Usage

plot_calibration_fire_counts(stats, bins = 24L)

Arguments

stats

A run_calibration_validation() summary.

bins

Number of histogram bins.

Value

A ggplot object.
